Will Curt Class II Trailer Hitch Receiver C66KR Stick Out Past Bumper On 2019 Toyota RAV4

Hey there, I have a rav4 2019 that I would like to install a hitch on, specifically the curt class 2. Where I live, the hitch must not protrude the vehicle bumper for safety purposes if not its deemed illegal to install. Just want to check if the hitch protrudes out of the rear bumper? Thanks!

When we had a chance to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C66KR on a 2020 Toyota RAV4 we found that the trailer hitch receiver will be roughly 2" recessed from the most outward part of the rear bumper.

I am not sure exactly which part of the bumper the receiver cannot stick past, since as you can see in the included picture the hitch will stick past the bottom lip, but it will not protrude the main portion of the bumper of your 2019 Toyota RAV4.
