Question:

checking on specs on roadmaster swivel collars RM-9200-6, 9200-8, need to fit on 1 1/8 diameter shaft, with a 1/2 thru bolt, will either of these work ? also I assume these are for 3/4 crossbar mount. thanks

The Replacement Collars for BlackHawk 2 # RM-9200-8 are specifically for replacing the swivel collars on your BlackHawk 2 all-terrain tow bar # RM-422.

The Replacement Swivel Collar for Roadmaster Tow Bars # RM-9200-6 is specifically designed to replace your damaged swivel collars on your Falcon All-Terrain tow bar. The # RM-9200-6 can also convert your older model Blackhawk 2 RM-427 from Blue Ox base plate application to Roadmaster base plate application without needing an adapter.

These do in fact use a 1/2" bolt (which is included). The # RM-9200-8 has a diameter of 13/16". I have attached a demonstration video for the # RM-9200-8.
