2021 Grand Design 5th Wheel Still Chucking After Replacing Pin Box & 5th Wheel On 2019 Ford F250

I’m the proud owner of a new 2021 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS. I’m getting a lot of really unpleasant chucking I’m towing with a 2019 F250 diesel FX4, using BandW Companion Slider for puck system. I’ve replaced the original Lippert 1621 pin box with the compatible 18K FlexAir. The chucking is the same, possibly worse. I’m at wit’s end. Any suggestions?

Your next step in trying to improve the ride quality on your 2021 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS 5th Wheel is to get a Rubber Equalizer. It all depends on your wheelbase when determining which kit to get. MORryde makes a great product that will really help. We have kits for 33" # MR87ZR, 35" # MR27ZR, 42" w 10" equalizer # MR54AR and 42" wheelbase with 14-3/4" equalizer # MR34AR.
This is better than replacing the components you already spend time and money putting on.
