What is the difference between Equa Flex Cushioned equalizers LC145546 and the Dexter EX Flex Tandem equalizer K71-652-00?

The big difference between the Equa Flex equalizer # LC145546 and the Dexter EZ Flex part # K71-652-00 is the dimensions as they basically provide the same cushioning. The EZ Flex has a distance between the mounting holes of 5-5/8 inch and the Equa Flex has 7-1/4 inches for that dimension.
