2021 ford f-450 super duty with 4wd. looking at the timbrens for my truck but just want to confirm they are compatible with 5th wheel hitch?

That's a good question, and I can confirm for you that the Timbrens which fit your 2021 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4WD, the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRSDJ are 100 percent compatible with a 5th wheel hitch. They install between the frame and your axle, so they will not interfere with 5th wheel (or gooseneck) brackets.
The Timbrens are a really good choice for your F-450 because when you have additional weight at the rear of your truck - like when you are towing - the added weight causes the front of the truck to rise a bit. This means your F-450 won't handle as well as it should because the front tires are not making as much contact with the ground, impacting your traction and steering. What the Timbrens do is take the brunt of that weight, cushioning the load and stabilizing your truck.
