Question:
Hi Etrailer, For our 2021 Toyota Sienna, we understand the compatible hitch is Curt C22UR. Is there plug and wiring harness that hooks into the 2021 Sienna with both round 7 pin for our small camper with brakes and flat 4 pin for our utility trailer? Thank you

We do have a trailer hitch receiver and all the parts you need in order to add a 7-way to your 2021 Toyota Sienna, though there isn't a plug-in 7-way, you will need to first add a 4-way and then install a 7-way. The exact parts you need for your '21 Sienna are the following:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK69FR
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7
The installation kit includes the hardware needed to install the 7-way, and the connector does have a plug for your 7-way as well as a plug for the 4-way so you can connect either trailer. It will be exactly what you need to install a brake controller as well like the Prodigy P3 # 90195 or Curt Echo # C51180.
I have added links below to some video reviews for you to check out as well as help articles for the installation of the 7-way.
