Question:
Are these lights Stop-Tail-Turn?

Expert Reply:
The Optronics Amber Oval LED Trailer Turn Signal and Parking Light, part # STL72AB, is intended for use as a trailer turn signal and parking light. DOT requires that brake lights always have a red lens.
Optronics offers a similar-size 3-function Stop-Turn-Tail LED Light with a red lens, part # STL22RB. I have included a video on this particular item and also one addressing trailer wiring.
For both of these light assemblies you will need the Rubber Grommet, part # A70GB, which provides shock-mount protection for the light; and either a straight 3-wire pigtail lead, part # A45PB, or the right-angle version, part # A47PB.
