You can certainly use the Reese # 83660 sway control kit on both sides of your trailer A-frame. There's a couple of ways to do this, but the most simple way would be to use your existing ball mount, and have a
# C45822 sway control tab welded on both sides of the ball mount. The tabs should be welded in place by a qualified welder as shown in the provided diagram.
Or, you could use the # RP26003 on the right side and have the # C45822 tab welded onto the left side.
As a third alternative, if you're already using weight distribution, most weight distribution hitch heads have a hole of both sides of the hitch head for mounting a friction sway control.
Once you have a tab on both sides of the ball mount, you can install the # 83660 sway control units as described in the linked instructions.
