If the tonneau cover installs between the bed rails you could install a Thule TracRac SR ladder rack like the part # TH43002XT-000 for an 8 foot bed, # TH43002XT-501 for a 6-1/2 foot bed, or part # TH43002XT-508 for a 5-1/2 foot bed.

Since the SR installs through the top of the bed rails it allows a tonneau cover to fit between the bed rails.

I have a kayak carrier solution that fits into the top channels of the Thule TracRac crossbars with the Rhino Rack kayak carrier # RR580.

The Adarac Aluminum Series part # A4001234 is a better priced ladder rack that fits your bed length and can fit with the tonneau cover.
