I would be happy to help you determine the correct replacement hub to replace your Freedom hub that has F 612 engraved on it, but I was unable to find any information on that specific hub.
Instead you will need to pull one of your hubs to identify which inner and outer bearings your spindles use, and the bolt pattern of your wheels.
There are two ways to identify which bearings your hubs use, the easiest way is to read the numbers stamped on the face of the bearing as you can see in the included picture of the # L44649.
If your bearings are worn to where you cannot read the number, you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindles according to the included diagram.
Lastly I have included a helpful article that will walk you through how to measure the bolt pattern of your wheels.
