Question:

looking for a trailer jack stand with wheel/castor assembly to fit an A-frame style crack up jack with 1 5/8 OD tube. I could also use a flat footinch style and weld my own caster. Was looking at something like part #DL22414. any advice would be appreciated, thanks

The Removable Wheel for Dutton-Lainson A-Frame Trailer Jack Model 6418 # DL22414 is a fit for a 1-3/4 inch outer diameter tube. This is going to be the closest wheel to the 1-5/8 inch outer diameter tubing on your inner diameter jack leg. I don't recommend mounting a caster to the bottom of a foot plate as that could cause more issues and would still not fit properly without customization.

Your other option would be to customize a sleeve to allow the Ram Removable, 6" Poly Caster Assembly for 2" Jack Tube - 1,200 lbs # JC-101 to fit your jack.

What I recommend in these situations is to replace your current jack with a standard size jack so it will be compatible with the standard size parts. I recommend the Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack w/ External Gearbox - Sidewind - 14" Lift - 2,000 lbs # PSRV20000103 which has the standard mounting flange and 2-1/4 inch outside diameter upper tube and the 2 inch outer diameter lower tube.
