I do have a great option for you, however since your 2011 Honda CR-V is equipped with the Curt Class 1 Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11555, you will need to use a Class I compatible carrier. The Swagman Current # S64678 that you were looking at will only work with Class II and above hitch receivers.
With that in mind, your best option is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202, which is Class I approved, features a 65 pound per-bike capacity, and also includes an integrated ramp for easy loading. The other nice thing about this rack is its adjustable padded clamps that will eliminate the need for a separate adapter bar like what would have been needed for the Swagman option.
Between the EasyFold's weight of 45 pounds and your two loaded 60 pound e-bikes, you'll still be comfortably under the Curt hitch's 200 pound tongue weight capacity. I've attached a short video demonstration on this bike rack as well.
