Looking to carry an electric wheelchair on a 2024 Kia forte. Cargo carrier has a 2 in receiver.. will this work

While the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C55HR is confirmed to fit your 2024 Kia Forte it is only going to have a 1-1/4" receiver opening. And while there is an Adapter # HTAD which will change it over to a 2" receiver opening this does reduce the tongue weight capacity of the receiver by 50% which would only end up as 100lbs for the Curt # C55HR.

We do have a 1-1/4" Cargo Carrier # C18110 but it does not have a ramp. This carrier weighs 30lbs so it would allow for 170lb electric wheelchair but it would require a fabricated ramp and for you to ensure the wheelchair will fit the 47-11/16" long by 19-1/2" wide dimensions of the tray.
