I am looking for adjustable sliding ladder rack for my truck that will support over 1000lbs.

I've found that you can use the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack. One thing to note, Thule Recommends a maximum crossbar spread of 74 inches and an even distribution of weight for achieve the capacity you're looking for. Both the SR Rails # TH33JV and the Thule TracRac Ladder Rack # TH43002XT are rated for up to 1,250 lbs if installed properly.
