For your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98901 which has the highest ratings for towing at a maximum tongue weight of 600lbs, and a maximum trailer weight of 6000lbs, and the matte black powder coat finish will protect the hitch from chips and scratches to keep it looking new. Since the towing capacity of your Jeep is based on which engine you have, and if you have HD or Standard cooling, I recommend checking your owner's manual , or calling your local Jeep dealer with your VIN to confirm the towing capacity of your vehicle.
Moving on to wiring I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118727 as long as your Jeep does not have the factory towing package, or # 118384 if your Jeep has the factory towing package.
To finish up your towing setup you will need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip. I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case.
