Will the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs for Ram Work On a 6-1/2' Short Bed

Question:
I currently have the Q24 with standard 5th wheel legs attached to my Ram OEM prep package via a reese puck adapter. I’m looking to minimize the bulk/weight and replace the adapter and standard legs with the Curt OEM puck legs #16021. It says it fits the 8 foot beds but doesn’t say anything about the short bed. I can’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work. I don’t need a slider as I have plenty of clearance. Thanks.

Yes, the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs for Ram Towing Prep Package part # C16021 will work with the Q24 head and a 2018 Ram 2500 short bed.
