Recommended Adjustable Receiver for Flat-Towing With At Least 6 Drop

I need a hitch that will at least 6inch and then raise up to a 1 or 2inch . Its for flat towing a vehicle behind my motorhome. The Patriot hitch looks perfect but it says its not for use in flat towing or tow bars. Do you have such a product that can be used for flat towing a vehicle?

The Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount part # 325-GH-304 is my recommendation on an adjustable receiver used for flat-towing. It will provide up to a 7-1/2" rise or drop depending on configuration.
