Heather answered this question before but I cant find the part by the part number 69284. Are all 14x14 vents actually 13-1/4 x 13-1/4? Thanks

So to answer your question about the vent size, they are not all 13-1/4" x 13-1/4" as the sizes can vary somewhat. The part 69284 you mentioned has been discontinued, but apart from that most replacement roof vent lids are 14" x 14" or very close in order to fit on top of the vent.
The industry standard for roof vents is 14" x 14", and that is likely what you have, though if you aren't sure of the model of your vent, to determine the right replacement is to a look at the hinge and find one that matches up.
The different types of hinges are a continuous hinge such as the Ventline # BVD0449-A01, 4-point hinge such as the Replacement Lid for Jensen RV Roof Vent # CAM40154 and 3-point hinge such as the Replacement Lid for Jensen RV Roof Vent with Metal Base # CAM40153.
There is also a universal option, the MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid for RV and Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-335001. I have added a link to our entire selection of roof vents for you which you can facet by hinge type to make it easier to find.
Apart from that, the only option really is a new vent such as the Camco RV or Trailer Roof Vent # CAM40480. If you wanted to go that route I have added a link to our selection of vents for you as well.
