Question:

I ordered this hitch from you as the hitch that matched this vehicle. None of the side bolts are on the frame as the install video shows so theres no threading to take the mounting bolts for the hitch. The bolts that are supposed to be on the bottom of the frame as shown o the video aren’t there. I see holes but they are blocked partially by some framing of some sort . How would this mount on my vehicle?

The reason you are running into difficulty installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75838 is it is only a confirmed fit for the Trailhawk models and will not work on your 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited.

The correct hitch for your 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited is the etrailer Hitch Receiver # e73ZR.

This hitch will install in the bottom frame holes and side frame hole which I have marked in the picture you provided.
