Koren was extremely helpful however the box came halfway torn up and the bar is pretty scratched and dinged up.
Excellent experience - I got the right parts for my new Jeep, at a good price and I got them fast. Couldn't have been better.
A lot of chips and deep scratches from shipping. Was poorly packed and by the time it arrived the box was ripped in several spots. BUT the biggest issue was the places notched out to slip over bolt was not in spot. Had to cut it back by a 1/4 inch on both sides. Stickers also not straight which will take time with a heat gun to remove. I am going to have to touch up exposed metal to prevent rust.

The quality of the receiver is good. The installation was difficult due to the fact that the bolt holes on the receiver and the holes on the frame of the Cherokee did not line up perfectly. The bolts with the two plates designed to hold the receiver in place while you tighten all the other bolts did not line up making the installation very difficult
My experience has been great. The product is of very good quality. Delivery was fast and installation was simple. I had sold my truck and needed to have a way to haul various lumber items. A trailer was my choice. My purchase was for the Jeep Cherokee. My grandson had purchased a hitch some time before I did and he was pleased as well so it made my shopping easier. If you need a hitch, etrailer is an excellent source. I think you'll be happy.

I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you. I recommend touching up the affected areas with a rust resistant paint which you will then have on hand for regular hitch maintenance.
