Will this 2 bike rack fit on my 5th wheel trailer?

I have an option for you, but the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Cargo Bikes # HLY84FR is not rated for fifth wheel use due to the extra vibration and road stress on a fifth wheel, RV, travel trailer, or flat-towed vehicle.
Instead, I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S94FR. It has a similar capacity at 70 lbs per bike AND it's rated for fifth wheel use. I included a video of this rack being installed on a 5th wheel trailer for you to take a look at.
