Yes! We have custom fit wiring harnesses for your 2012 Honda Odyssey. I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118521. I attached an install video below where we installed this harness on a 2012 Honda Odyssey like yours.
From there, if your trailer just has a 4-way connector, then you are good to go. This powers running, turn, and brake lights. We also have adapters for 5-way, 6-way, or 7-way # ETBC7 trailer connections if your trailer needs them.
