Measuring for bolt pattern of a wheel is easy. I have included a link to an FAQ article that explains how to do it. Since you have a 4.80-12 and 5 bolts you probably have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. I have also including links to wheel and tire combos and a link to just wheels in this size and bolt pattern.
