Question:

We want a jack that will be able to do the job and not be too expensive, and we were wondering if this one will do the job. Also will it clear the propane tank cover?

The Stromberg Carlson # JET-2500 Electric Trailer Jack you referenced has a lift capacity of 2500 lbs.

The jack will work just great for trailers with tongue weights less than 2500 lbs, the tongue weight of your Coachmen Cascade should certainly be less than that.

I have edited a photo for you showing the various dimensions and clearances related to the jack. The dimensions I provided should let you know if you will have clearance for your propane tanks.
