Will this boot fit on my Pollak 7-Pole round trailer wiring socket? How big is the hole in the end of the boot where the wires go through?

Yes, the 7-Pole Rubber Socket Boot, # PK11761, works with 3 of the Pollak heavy duty wiring sockets that we carry. You can use it with part # PK11720 that you mentioned and it can also be used with part # PK12801 and # PK11851.
The hole in the back of the boot is just under 7/16 inch and measures .425 with a dial caliper.
