Wanted to make sure these will fit my 2008 F-250 4WD truck. I also have a fifth wheel hitch which is mounted with Reese vehicle specific mounts. Thanks

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F2550, will fit your 2008 Ford F-250 4WD if you are using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP50082-58 for your fifth wheel hitch.
The Reese install kit includes the Reese Custom Brackets, part # RP50082, that will install on the outside of the frame rails and has a square hole located in the center of the bracket that is where the top mounting bracket of the Firestone kit will install. The Firestone kit installs on the inboard side of the frame rails in place of the jounce bumper and uses that square hole for installation. I am including a picture that will show that square hole on the mounting bracket.
I am including a link to an installation video that will show the Reese Custom Brackets being installed on a Ford F-350. At the 1:10 time mark it shows the square hole right where his glove is holding the bracket.
