Will this carrier fit a 205/65 x 10 wheel?

The Spare Tire Carrier for Trailer with Angle-Iron Railing # e99045 will only fit 12" to 15" wheels so it will not work with your10" wheel. While there isn't another spare tire carrier for an angle-iron railing, there is a good all-around option that will fit your tire and wheel, the CE Smith Spare Tire Carrier # CE27202.

This is a locking spare tire carrier that comes with a padlock and works with 8" to 15" wheels so long as they have a 4 or 5 bolt pattern, which your 10" wheel should. The CE Smith carrier will fit a trailer frame or tongue that is up to 3" wide.
