I have a aluminum trailer with 2inch square stock side rails rather than angle iron. I am looking for a straight mount like this that will mount to my trailer. Any ideas?

I have a different option for you, but there is not a version of the etrailer Spare Tire Carrier # e99045 you were looking at that works with 2" square tubing on your trailer.
The closest straight mount carrier is going to be the CE Smith Spare Tire Carrier # CE27201 which will go around your square tubing and allow you to attach you spare tire with either a 4 or 5 lug pattern. The locking tabs when paired with a pad lock like the # 131D keeps the tire secured to the trailer.
