I am considering the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Nissan Titan XD Towing Prep Package - Slide Bar Jaw - 16K Item # C16515-16026 I have a 2017 Nissan Titan XD short bed 6.5foot with the OEM goose hitch. My question is will this work with a turning point pin box and will it provide enough clearance when turned to 90 Degrees ?

Item # C16515-16026 will indeed fit your 2017 Nissan Titan XD with the OEM prep package.
You'll also need a wedge to prevent the pin box from rotating at its connection to the hitch. If you go with the E16 hitch, use the # RP64FR wedge.
In most instances, the Lippert Turning Point will allow 90º turns with the recommended 4 inches of clearance between the rear of the truck cab and the front of the 5th wheel.
