Question:

I have a 2017 F250 4x4 short bed. From road to top of bed is 59", bed to top of bed 22" and road to bed is 37". I want the Curt 16521 hitch but the height is 17-1/2 to 21-1/2. The Reese PS30857 is 13 to 17. Which will give me 7 inch clearance over top of bed and still have 5th wheel level

The Curt A16 # C16521 is going to give you the highest available hitch setting, though it still is not going to give you a 7 inch clearance over the top of your 2017 Ford F-250's bed. If you need additional clearance to stay level, you would want to consider a king pin replacement; I've added a link to our page with all of our replacement king pins for you to take a look at.
