The factory hitch mounts up inside the rear bumper fascia is there anybody that makes one to put that hitch in that location thank you

The only hitches we have available for your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee are going to be visible below your bumper. Both the Draw-Tite # 75139 and the Curt # 13051. I've included an installation video of both and a picture to give you an idea of what it's going to look like. It kind of blends in with the rear bumper so it isn't blatantly obvious in my opinion. Of the two, I like the Draw-Tite because of the square tube construction.
