For your Shorlandr trailer, the hub/drums do not have a specific side, so the same part number is used for both left and right side. I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K as this is likely the bolt pattern you have on your current wheels. I've attached an article to help you confirm.
The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA does have a left and right specific side and there is a sticker on the assembly to assist with the correct side. The left side is the driver's side and the right side is the passenger side.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend using the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector # HS381-9000. This will give you the 7-way and the connection box for your wiring conversion and electric brake wires. You will then use # 10-1-1 to each brake magnet. The wire will connect to one of the brake magnet wires and it doesn't matter which one of the two and then the other will be connected to ground on either the frame of the axle itself. I've attached an article to assist.
