I have a 2019 little guy Max travel trailer that I would like to lift for more clearance. It has a Dexter 4K axle. I cant even get my wheel covers over the top of the wheel because there isnt enough clearance to get my hand between the wheel and the wheel well! What do you recommend?

You definitely don't have enough clearance so it is a wonder your wheels don't rub under suspension travel over bumps. Since your 2019 Little Guy Max travel trailer has torsion axles, the correct fit for that size is the Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle - 2-5/8" Lift # K71-707-01. This will give you the room you are seeking to allow you to get the wheel covers on and also give you a little more room for suspension travel.
