Does Yakima make a Cantilevered extensioninch for this ladder rack? 2020 tacoma 4 door and how long is this extension and if so, is the cross bar on the extension adjustable, slide forward and aft? thanks

I may have a solution for you, but there is not a cantilever attachment available for the Yakima Overhaul HD # Y01151-5868. There is a cantilever system on the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack w Cantilever and Toolbox Mounts for Toyota - Fixed Mount # TH27000XT-501EX, which is compatible with your 2020 Toyota Tacoma with the Deck Rail System. The cantilever system provides 32" of additional support over the cab of your truck to help support heavier loads and keep the truck cab from getting scratched up. The only downside of this system is that it's not a sliding truck ladder system like the TracRac SR, which is not yet available as a confirmed fit for your 2020 Toyota Tacoma.
This system is also available without the truck bed tool box mounts with part # TH27000XT-XK4EX.
