Question:
What is the difference between HR1450Z-85 and the HR1400Z-85? Trying to understand the difference. Thank you for your time. One says 4 bikes but the pictures show only 2 in both.

Item # HR1400Z-85 can accommodate 2 bikes with a cargo carrier, two bikes alone, 4 bikes alone, or the cargo carrier alone. So the 4 bikes alone option is the only difference between the two racks.
