Will the Swagman XTC-2 accommodate a womens frame bike?

In order to carry a women's bike with an aggressive step-through on the Sawgman XTC-2 # S64671 you'll need a bike frame adapter bar like the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005. This bar just clamps to the seat post and handlebar post to provide a mounting point for the clamp down, and will be easy to take off and put back on for travel.
This is going to be fairly standard protocol for any bike rack that does not secure the bikes by the wheels, like the Saris SuperClamp # SA4025F.
