How to Attach a Womens Bike to the Swagman Original S64400

I am interested in the Swagman original 4 bike rack code S64400. How does a womens bike mount to this rack? All the videos I saw show a horizontal top bar bike getting installed. I have one mens bike and 3 womens bikes to load.

The best way to attach a womens bike to the Swagman Original bike rack part # S64400 is going to be to use a bike frame adapter bar like the part # UB01 which connects at the steering stem and seat post to provide a horizontal attachment point for the rack.
