Do you think it would hold up loading a golf cart on it

Stromberg Carlson states that the weight capacity of the # VG-15-100 fifth wheel tailgate is 100 lbs, so I wouldn't recommend using it to load a golf cart. The tailgate is very easy to remove and reinstall, so I'd recommend removing the tailgate while loading and unloading. You can see a product demonstration video featuring the # VG-15-100 tailgate.
