Now you can easily use your hitch-mounted accessories without having to take off your ball mount! This hitch features a robust, powder coated steel double-sided tow ball and a built-in 2" receiver for your bike rack or cargo carrier.

Note: The built-in receiver on this hitch is for accessories only. Do not use the receiver to tow a trailer or to perform recovery operations.
The 180 Pro has receiver capabilities right on the front, opening up a world of accessory options. Just pop out the rubber stopper and you are ready to use your bike rack, cargo carrier, or another hitch mounted accessory.
Towing trailers with different coupler sizes just got easier thanks to the 180 Pro Hitch 2-ball mount. This ball mount features powder coated carbon steel 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls on opposite ends of the ball mount platform. Switching between balls is fast and easy - pull out the dual pins and remove the platform from the shank and simply flip over the platform so that either the 2" or 2-5/16" hitch ball is on top. Slide it back up along the shank to the desired height and reinsert the dual pins, hitch up, and go! Because both balls are contained on the platform, you won't have to keep track of separate balls that must be completely removed and installed each time you need to switch trailers.
This ball mount's convenient stowable design keeps the ball mount platform out of your way when you're not towing. To stow the ball mount platform, simply pull out the dual pins and remove the platform from the shank. Place the ball mount platform on the backside of the shank facing your vehicle. Reinsert the dual pins to attach the platform to the shank. The 180 Pro Hitch can be used in either the drop or rise position to best suit your application.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together today at this Weigh Safe 180 Pro Hitch 2-Ball Ball Mount for 2.5 inch shanks, or 2.5 inch receiver tube rather, and it's going to have a nice 8 inch of drop or 9 inches of rise. And the whole ball mount itself is rated for a max of 25,000 pounds. Well, the ball mount does come with the include hitch balls, a 2 inch and a 2 5/16. The 2 inch on top says it's rated for 10,000 pounds capacity.
The 2 5/16 is rated for 25,000 pounds capacity. Now both of those have a tongue weight max of 2,500 pounds. So quick dimensions for you. Center of the hitch, or the ball here, no matter which one you have up, to the center of this closest pinhole is 8 inches on center. The next one back is 9 1/8 on center.
Now as you can see, there is no hitch pin included. That would be sold separately. If you don't already have one, I recommend a lockable one. That is a 5/16 inch, or I'm sorry, 5/8 inch hole there. That's your standard size.
Now in the front here, you got a nice rubber plug. This gives you a built-in receiver tube and that's going to let you use your hitch accessories, something maybe like a bike rack, a hitch mounted cargo rack, or another hitch mounted accessory Never put another ball mount in to extend this out and try to tow with this. It is not rated for towing. It's just rated for those accessories. And then when you're done, you just simply (plug popping) pop that rubber plug right back inside of there and you're on your way.
Now you can also stow this, meaning you can unlock this, flip it up and around if you want to stow it. You got a nice rubberized cover here over your lock assembly. I've noticed when these are new, you just simply unlock it. This pin is not going to come out too easy. I just simply kind of get a little pressure off of it and then it comes off nice and easy. (pin clanking) So again, it's a 180, so what that means is I can simply take this off, (hitch clanking) rotate it down, (hitch clanking) and then I put the hitch pin back in, or the dual pin here, and I would have my 2 5/16. And like I said, this is stowable, meaning I could potentially put it in this way (metal clanking) and lock it in place, and then I would be able to kind of keep it out of the way if I wanted to. But I'm going to go ahead and put it back like normal. (metal clanking) And this time, we're going to have our 2 5/16 inch ball up on top. (metal clanking) So same thing, since it's new, I'm just kind of going to take some of the weight off of it here (metal clanking) to line everything up. Once I get everything lined up, I simply push it back in place and simply lock it. (hitch knocking) If it doesn't lock for some reason or the key doesn't come out, it just means you gotta push it in farther. (key clicking) There we go. And then again, this rubber cover, I like they've got it riveted in place so you're never going to have to worry about losing that. Everything here is a hardened steel with a black powder coat finish. You don't have to worry about rust or corrosion. The two pins on this locking pin are stainless steel, so you can rest assure that you don't have to worry about that rusting out on you anytime soon or anything like that either. Well, folks, I think that's going to wrap it up for our quick look together. This has been our look at the Weigh Safe 180 Pro Hitch 2-Ball Ball Mount for 2.5 inch hitches. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
great hitch - going to order a second o ne
This thing is built like a tank awesome awesome awesome
It is exactly what is was described as. I have a 2010 GM Canyon and my new trailer is setup for off road use. My existing hitch made it so I had a lot of tongue weight, this weigh safe hitch allows me to get more balanced with the ability to flip it and get correct height for whatever I am hauling behind me
Great solid hitch. Love the fact there’s an extra spot where I can attach my bike rack to it without having to swap out the hitch.
Exactly what I ordered
Best bang for a buck!
