I may have a solution for you, but the screw in ball for the adjustment pin is not an available replacement part. With that said, you can use the Replacement Adjustment Pin and Clip for Rapid Hitch AM3400 Series # AM3431 as a new pin that does not have the screw in ball on top of it.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
