Hey Robert! For your 2020 F-150 Rough Country I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385. Since you have a 6" lift you will also need the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 6" Lift # AL52460 for installation.
I also highly recommend adding an air compressor like the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980. This will allow you to control the air bags from the cab of the truck no matter where you go.
What are you towing/hauling with the F-150?
