Will this replace a LCI axle LCI52-SB-86.5-68.5-N0SP-OS-L-65516-7225-30PT?

The Lippert 5,200 lb axle you have has a hub face to hub face of 86.5 inches which is identical to the Dexter # 8327816 you referenced, however the 68.5 inch spring seats of your Lippert axle are not identical to the 71.5 inch spring centers of the Dexter axle. They do use the same spindles so the bearings and grease seal will all match. You would simply need to weld spring seats onto the axle at the 68.5 inch on center locations using # TRSS300.
