Hello, I was looking to use these to attach some D Rings to my trailer and need to know the diameter of the head of the screw. I know the screw portion is 1/4 inch. Thank you!

Yes, the part #TFX225 will work for you. It can be used on pressure treated wood and requires a 7/32 inch pilot diameter like you said you have as well.
