I do have an option but the Draw-Tite Activator IV Trailer Brake Controller part 5504 is not compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes so it won't work with the Dexter DX Series Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator part # K71-651. Instead, I recommend the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller part # C24VV which has a proportional design that is much better than the timed-delay option you were looking at.
