The Curt 5th wheel hitch frame mount bracket you'd looked at, part # C16429 are indeed a fit for the 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500. You'll want to use the kit, which includes the bed rails as well which is # C16429-104
for the gloss black bed rails or # C16429-204 for the carbide finish rails. All necessary hardware is included.
Mixing frame brackets and bed rails from different manufacturers isn't recommended as the bracket/rail kit capacity is based on using brackets and rails that have been tested as a unit. If brands are mixed, you could end up with an unknown capacity which could lead to an unsafe situation.
If you don't already have a 7-way mounted in the truck bed, you could install one if you wish using # 50-97-410. You can see an install video by clicking the provided link.
