Question:

Will this Jack go around a 3 inch x 5 inch trailer rail? If not which one would and would survive a salt water marine environment ? My Fulton F2 did not.

The Dutton-Lainson Round Swivel Jack # DL22210 you asked about will fit trailer frames that are 3" x 5" but for a salt water environment there are better options.

For a jack that will fit a 3" x 5" trailer frame and is designed for salt water I recommend the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack # FXP15L.

This Fulton has a 600 hour salt spray rating (which the Dutton-Lainson does not), along with the same 12" lift and 1,500 lb capacity of the DL. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
