Question:

Strap replacement for the DL1802A. Need strap replacement. Have had problems with strap stretching after being tight to bumper and locked. When pulling up ramp strap stretches 8 to 10 inches. Leaving boat quite a distance from bumper and wench. During highway travel strap shredded . Would like stronger strap. Any suggestions? Wench work great.

For a replacement strap that will work great with your Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14627 I highly recommend the Dutton-Lainson # DL24249. This is a really durable 2 inch wide, 25 foot long strap with a breaking strength of 4,000 pounds. It includes the mounting hardware, hook, and is made right here in the USA.
