Do you mean it has two white wires in addition to the power wires for the turn/brake and running lamp circuit? If so you can simply attach the ground wire for the # STL211XRFHB lamp to both white ground wires on the trailer. This assumes they're both ground wires. You might want to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 on both wires as you test all the taillight functions to make sure they're both ground wires.
On the lamp, the wire color codes are as follows:
-White wire for ground
-Brown wire for backup light
-Red wire for brake light
-Black wire for tail light
