Availability of 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch Hitch Adapter with Rise

Question:
Can you recommend one? The 1 1/4inch shank is too short and the pin holes dont line up because the riser bumps into the bumper. I cant find any solution. HELP

I am not sure what type of clearance you have to work with but we have the MaxxTow hitch adapter part # MT70655 which has 3 inches from the pin hole to the back of the 2 inch hitch opening which could work well assuming that's enough clearance.
