The F78-15ST is a very old tire size which is no longer made. The modern equivalent of this size is a ST205/75-15. For this, I recommend the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # AM10244. If you wanted to jump up to a ST225/75-15 you could but it would be a little over an inch larger in diameter and a little over half an inch in width, the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # AM10256 is what I recommend.
